souls reaching for diamonds
to grasp a pinpoint
to fathom the distance
terra firma to the eagle nebula
further
wheels of light and color
space is more than black
much brighter than the dark
a vast ocean
brimming with life
this is what the dreamers feel
what our cellular memories tell
